- Association for Consumer Research
- The mission of the ACR is to advance consumer research and facilitate the exchange of scholarly information among members of academia, industry, and government worldwide. One of its key functions is to facilitate the growth and advancement of the field of consumer research; it hosts and supports a number of conferences as well as reviews and publishes scholarly research publications.
- National Consumer Council (UK)
- The mission of the NCC is to help everyone get a better deal by making the consumer voice heard.
- Society for Consumer Psychology (APA Division 23)
- Concerned with fostering scientific research, development, and practice in the field. Represents psychologists and other consumer researchers working in the fields of profit and nonprofit marketing, advertising, communications, consumer behavior, and related areas. Division members receive the quarterly publication Journal of Consumer Psychology.

- An organization of advertising scholars and professionals with an interest in advertising and advertising education. The Academy fosters research which is relevant to the field and provides a forum for the exchange of ideas among its academic and professional members.

- With 38,000 members worldwide in every area of marketing, AMA is one of the largest professional associations for marketers. For over six decades it has been the leading source for information, knowledge sharing and development in the marketing profession.
- National Social Marketing Centre (UK)
- Committed to involving and engaging with a wide range of different stakeholkers and people with experience or expertise in social marketing related work across different sectors.
